Clinical Member

Marriage and Family Professionals who hold RMFT or Associate membership with CACFT, AAMFT,  and/or IAMFT. Sask Branch Clinical members are those who have paid the branch clinical membership fee and qualify as a Voting Member.

Cost: $50.

APPLICANTS APPLYING FOR CLINICAL MEMBERSHIP:

  • Provide a proof of membership to one of the aforementioned organizations

  • Pay the annual fee of $50

Student Member

To be eligible for a free student membership, individuals must be presently enrolled in a graduate level of study in Marriage and Family Therapy, meeting the requirements set out by the CACFT. Student members are those who hold a Student Membership with CACFT and have applied for the branch student membership. This membership category does not qualify for membership as a Voting Member.

Cost: $0

APPLICANTS APPLYING FOR STUDENT MEMBERSHIP:

  • Fill out application form

  • Provide a proof of current enrolment (unofficial transcript/letter of enrolment from the institution)

  • Confirm active Student Membership with CACFT

Affiliate Member

Affiliate members are those who hold an Affiliate Membership with the CACFT and have paid the branch affiliate membership fee. Affiliate members are professionals who have completed a Master's degree or an equivalent in counselling and/or non-counselling backgrounds. These are individuals who are interested in supporting, learning, and implementing  the systemic perspective within their own scope of practice. Affiliate members are those who have paid the branch affiliate membership fee and do not qualify for membership as a Voting Member.

Cost: $35

APPLICANTS APPLYING FOR AFFILIATE MEMBERSHIP:

  • Fill out the application form

  • Proof of graduation (a copy of the degree certificate or a copy of the transcript)

  • Pay the annual fee of $35

Retired Member

Retired members are those who hold a Retired Membership with the CACFT and have paid the branch retired membership fee. This membership category does not qualify for membership as a Voting Member.

Cost: $25
